Fee Disclosure
Ashlar LDA, Inc. charges flat fees for document preparation services. All fees are disclosed in writing before any work begins. Clients receive a written fee agreement that outlines the services to be provided and the associated costs.
Our fees are for document preparation services only. Court filing fees, recording fees, and any other government fees are separate and are the responsibility of the client.
Bankruptcy Petition Preparer Disclosure
When preparing bankruptcy documents, Ashlar LDA, Inc. operates as a Bankruptcy Petition Preparer under 11 U.S.C. Section 110. Bankruptcy Petition Preparers are subject to specific federal rules and fee limitations.
